Packaging
How do we pack your orders? | Hoe pakken we je bestelling in?
For flat orders like sticker sheets alone will be packed in extra envelope before shipping via in an additional kraft mailer.
No plastic or poly mailers will be used for lilalicreates shop.
Voor platte bestellingen, zoals alleen sticker(sheets), worden deze verpakt in een extra envelop voordat ze verzonden worden in een extra kraft-envelop.
Er zullen geen plastic of poly-mailers gebruikt worden in lilalicreates winkel
Shipping
When will we ship your orders? | Wanneer verzenden we je bestelling?
All orders will take up to 1-3 days to process before dropping them off at post office.
Alle bestellingen hebben 1-3 dagen verwerkingstijd voordat ze naar het postkantoor worden gebracht.
How long does it take for your order to arrive? | Hoe lang duurt het voordat je bestelling aankomt?
For local mails (in the Netherlands), it will takes up to 2-3 working days excluding weekends.
For EU orders, it will take up to 1-2 weeks. Countries such as Belgium will be quicker.
For internationals orders, (outside EU), it will takes up to 3 months as they will be shipped via non-trackable shipping to reduce costs. Ensure to key in your email for any clarification for us to contact you on.
Voor lokale post (in Nederland) duurt het tot 2-3 werkdagen, exclusief weekenden.
Voor Europese orders, kan het 1-2 weken duren. Landen zoals België zal sneller zijn.
Voor internationale post (buiten EU) kan het tot 3 maanden duren, omdat ze worden verzonden via niet-traceerbare verzending om kosten te besparen. Neem contact met ons op voor eventuele vragen, zodat we contact met je kunnen opnemen.
Do you provide any trackable shipping? | Bieden jullie traceerbare verzending aan?
For now we do not provide trackable shipping to reduce costs. For international orders, please kindly check with your local post office in a month to 3 months and email us if you have any issues. Thank you.
Voorlopig bieden we geen traceerbare verzending aan om de kosten te verlagen. Voor internationale bestellingen, neem na een maand tot 3 maanden contact op met je lokale postkantoor en stuur ons een e-mail als er problemen zijn. Hartelijk bedankt.
Do you ship internationally? | Verzenden jullie internationaal?
Yes, we do. Please double check with your local post office if they are open to international orders as well as in advance.
Ja, dat doen we. Controleer van tevoren bij je lokale postkantoor (bijv. POSTNL) of zij openstaan voor internationale bestellingen.
Taxes / Custom fees
How about taxes/custom fees? Hoe zit het met belasting/invoerrechten?
For international orders, We will not be held responsible for your custom fees. As custom fees are not included in our products/shipping fees. Your order might be returned back to me if you are not going to pay for custom fees. Not 100% will be refunded to you as well.
Voor internationale zendingen zijn wij niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele invoerrechten. Invoerrechten zijn niet inbegrepen in de prijs van onze producten of verzendkosten. Je bestelling kan naar ons worden teruggestuurd als je de invoerrechten niet betaalt. In dat geval wordt je niet 100% terugbetaald.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges
How about refunds or returns? | Hoe zit het met retour of restitutie?
We will not hold any refund or returns unless the product is damaged or uncut except for b-grades (oepsies).
No refunds will be made if you do not want or want to return your orders back to us. If you have already shipped it back to us without informing via email, there is no refund either.
Wij bieden geen restitutie of retour aan, tenzij het product beschadigd is of ongesneden, met uitzondering van b-grades (oepsies).
Er worden geen restituties verleend als je je bestelling niet wilt of wilt retourneren. Als je het al hebt teruggestuurd zonder ons via e-mail op de hoogte te stellen, krijg je ook geen restitutie.
